GEM 0.1.51 is a beta release for controlled public testing.

Highlights

• Shows the installed package version on the About page through the shared localisation catalogue.
• Provides the shared notice-sending workflow across Linux, Windows, macOS, and Android.
• Shows login, logout, attachment, notice-sent, and validation feedback through the shared operation modal.
• Shortens feedback modal dwell time so confirmations clear quickly and error feedback does not linger.
• Keeps persistent attachment state in the inventory strip with the existing remove control.
• Adds inventory parent navigation for climbing back up through folders.
• Retains shared Compose UI across desktop and Android.
• Retains 23 in-app localisation catalogues.
• Ships release assets through GitHub Releases rather than committing binaries to the repository.
