Features

• OpenAI (Sign in) — new AI provider that authenticates via the Codex CLI's public OAuth flow instead of an API key. Click Sign in → system browser → OpenAI consent → app captures the redirect on a loopback listener and stores tokens DPAPI-encrypted under `%APPDATA%\Gridex\. Subsequent chat / model-list calls use the bearer token against \chatgpt.com/backend-api/codex`. Refresh is automatic. (Ported from macOS PR #53.)
• Connection environment tag — TagCombo on the connection form (Production / Staging / Development / Testing / Local) is now persisted and rendered as a coloured badge next to the connection name on the home screen.

Fixes

• Settings: Ollama Endpoint field now hides unless the Ollama provider is selected (was always visible).
• After ChatGPT sign-in the Model dropdown auto-clears and re-fetches from `/backend-api/codex/models`.

Caveats

• ChatGPT OAuth is not officially supported by OpenAI — it reuses the public Codex CLI `client_id`. OpenAI may revoke it.
• Requires a paid ChatGPT plan; free-tier accounts can't reach the codex backend.
