• Fix event wiring for ready health items
  Refresh runtime event wiring after cooldown readiness changes so UNIT_HEALTH and UNIT_POWER_UPDATE listeners only remain active while the relevant item is ready. This prevents stale reminder behavior and ensures updates happen immediately when health stones, potions, or mana potions become usable again.
