What's new

  • Add trace-to-skill usage-evidence for Codex rate-limit, token-burn, reset-drift, and quota-mismatch reports.
  • Parse Markdown polling tables, CSV-like rows, JSON/JSONL snapshots, /status excerpts, reset_at timestamps, usage-limit messages, and Token usage: total=... cached lines.
  • Publish a JSON schema for usage-evidence --format json and document the command across README, discovery metadata, use cases, issue map, and OpenAI OSS evidence docs.
