Blinky register 3 - Control

This is the control register for the Blinky node. It is possible to enable/disable specific functionality.

• Bit 7 - Enable LED if set to 1.
• Bit 6 - Enable button if set to 1.
• Bit 5 - Not used.
• Bit 4 - Not used.
• Bit 3 - If set button send Turn-ON event when button is pressed.
• Bit 2 - If set button send START event when button is pressed.
• Bit 1 - If set button Send STOP event when button is released.
• Bit § - If set enable millisecond counter.
