v0.3.0 — Quality & self-coherence

Post-v0.2.0 audit release. Existing repos upgrade with ai-workspace upgrade.

Highlights

  • Doc contract + coherence checks — docs.contract (the root README is the declared index) + doctor flags dangling references and orphan docs.
  • aiws-audit / /aiws-audit — a read-only, dated self-audit report under docs/development/audits/ (composes doctor/verify/reconcile + the contract). The workspace audits itself.
  • AGENTS.md progressive disclosure — per-stack rules move to references/stack/<id>.md; AGENTS.md keeps resolving pointers; Copilot gets an applyTo projection. One source, projected to each target's native loader (aligned with the Agent Skills cross-tool standard).
  • ESLint + Prettier enforced in CI, .nvmrc, any→unknown at the boundary; SDD orchestrator de-duplicated against the cross-tool skills; the redundant self-plugin removed.
