- Expanded and consolidated working agreements covering collaboration, permissions, privacy, proportionate verification and keeping documentation current.
- A shorter, plain-English README with a copyable starting prompt, an explanation of memory files and practical answers about saving progress and reducing unnecessary context use.
- The full initialisation procedure is retained in
docs/initialisation.md, with existing project memory protected. - Shared startup routing for Codex, Claude Code and Cursor, alongside instructions usable by other AI tools.
This is the 3.0 milestone in the project's evolution from BlooPlax (1.0) and the previous foundation (2.0).
