TOMLy v1.0.1

This release updates the Maven publishing configuration for TOMLy.

• Fixed all leftover references to Fission in the POM
• Updated project URLs, SCM info, and license metadata

No functional changes to the parser itself — just cleaning up after a copy-paste slip 😅
