Features

• netwp uninstall removes the local data netwp created (aliases, scan cache, event log) after a typed confirmation, then prints how to remove the binary. It never deletes its own binary (a running process can't reliably do that on Windows), and the same screen links a pre-titled GitHub issue if you'd like to leave a review.
