@github-actions github-actions released this 28 Sep 08:32

Minor release delivering the Phase 1 QUIC v1 certificate-based 1-RTT reliable-stream subset and public consumer contracts.

  • Correct stream allocation, sparse peer streams, reassembly, final-size checks, and independent stream cancellation.
  • Install authenticated transport parameters; add consumption-driven flow control, bounded 16 KiB writes, packetization, recovery, and explicit backpressure.
  • Provide consumer attachment, readiness, stream and lifecycle operations, bounded pull reads, and operation outcome resolution.
  • Support standalone and external I/O, post-handshake TLS tickets, and Elixir 1.20 compilation.

Validation: 206 tests passed in the release workflow. The released tag passed independent aioquic 1.2.0 interoperability as client, server, and external-I/O server, including seeded loss/duplication/reordering, 2 MiB transfers per arrangement, slow consumers, cancellation, and cleanup.

GitHub source release only; not published to Hex. The runtime ex_ssl dependency remains pinned to accepted Git revision f1327e0bb7fb2093b8dc2b07e72b26233a739963.

This release does not implement HTTP/3, QPACK, WebTransport, QUIC DATAGRAM, or resumption. Phase 1 acceptance is not full QUIC conformance certification or a production-security audit.
