Seisan event database

A Seisan event database consists of the following key directories and files:

CAL/
    Seisan response metadata files (one per station/channel)
DAT/
    STATION0.HYP (contains station coordinates, velocity model, and parameters used for hypocenter program).
    VOLCANO.DEF (optional: contains allowed subclasses for local volcano-seismic events)
WAV/
    db/ (can be anything up to 5 characters)
       year/
          month/
                triggered event "WAV" files (in Seisan, Miniseed or SAC format)
REA/
   db/ (must match that used in WAV)
     year/
         month/
              S-files (Nordic format, produced by auto-registering "WAV" files). Each S-file can reference one or many WAV-files.
