This release brings 4 key updates and other improvements and bug fixes:

1. Framework migration 🚀
   Migrated the development framework from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 10. The new framework can bring better support for modern Windows.

2. Search/filter function for item the list 🔍
   Added search/filter feature for the context menu item list. Now you can filter the items you want by keywords.

3. Better internationalization support 🌏

   • Made English as the default display language
   • Changed some Chinese comments in the source code to English

4. Scroll position restore 📑
   Added support for scroll position restoration function for the list when the window is displayed from minimized state.
