When we ran a backfill on TEST, we got
The OOM errors can easily be solved by bumping up the lambda size
Some of the timeouts may be caused by Bedrock issues as it's often the last log message we see. But not always. Actually 30 seconds is quite aggressive for everything the lambda has to do, so let's first try bumping this to 5 mins and see if we still see timeouts.
We can re-drive the DLQ (which has some 60k messages) after making these changes
