Fixes the HTTPS preview helper. exe.dev's default preview dials port 8000; nginx on port 80 was not enough.\n\nChanges:\n- Replaces Start nginx with Start port 8000 preview server\n- Creates a tiny systemd service using python3 -m http.server on 0.0.0.0:8000\n- Updates VM card explanation\n- Version bumped to 1.0.3
