Improves error handling and token setup for commands that require exe.dev ssh permission.\n\nChanges:\n- Shows action/login errors in popup dialogs\n- Explains HTTP 403 as missing token command permission\n- Updates login command to include --cmds=whoami,ls,new,ssh\n- Documents that the preview helper requires ssh permission\n- Version bumped to 1.0.4
