v1.0.6 - Copyable setup and error dialogs

Fixes the exe.dev HTTP 422 limitation by no longer trying to run ssh through the HTTPS API.\n\nChanges:\n- Replaces Start port 8000 preview server with Copy port 8000 setup command\n- Explains that VM shell commands require a real SSH session\n- Adds Copy buttons to setup/error dialogs\n- Keeps Test login, VM refresh, and HTTPS preview flows working\n- Version bumped to 1.0.6
