Fixes the copied port 8000 setup command for Windows PowerShell.\n\nChanges:\n- Uses a base64-piped SSH command instead of shell-quoting raw HTML\n- Avoids raw < and > characters in the pasted command\n- Keeps COPY/OK buttons in setup/error dialogs\n- Version bumped to 1.0.7
