perf(files): virtualize file tree and diff stack

Replace per-row state with zustand stores so an editor settling or a cursor move re-renders one row instead of the whole list. Swap the diff pool's DOM-probing scroll anchor for a measured StackLayout with mount/assign margins and fling detection, and window the files tree with a virtual list.
