feat(automations): add `lpm automations open` command

The new CLI command asks the app over the socket to come to the front
and show the chosen automation's page. If a project is given, the page
shows that project's runs. If not, it opens the global.yml automation.
An automation added a moment ago gets one refetch before the app gives
up with an error. Bump lpm-cli to 0.34.0 and the lpm-cli skill to 1.6.0.
