feat(short-race): add Muse Code as a race CLI

Race Meta's Muse models in Muse Code: check them against its catalog,
time each turn from its session log, and restore its default model
after a take. The lesson shell now records Claude/Codex folder trust
through PATH shims, since lpm's startup codex() function bypassed the
old shell-function wrappers.
