fix(mobile): polish sheets, actions and cron jobs

Give the log, action input and background run sheets a solid background,
and size the pairing sheet to fit its content. Show cron and manual
schedules, and keep cron schedules as they are when a job is saved.
Treat a group that has its own command as a split button. Drop the
blank context line at the end of a diff, let a service's switch take
taps again, and scroll the terminal to the bottom when a message is sent.
