feat(peer): update and configure hosts from Mac

Add selfUpdate and hostSettings peer features. A paired Mac can install
the latest lpm on a macOS host and see its progress, and can read or
change the host's own settings (default project dir, check origin,
double-click toggle) from the peer context menu.
