feat(desktop): show changed line counts in Git UI

Add git_diff_stat and git_file_line_counts commands. The Commit button and
the project Git menu now show lines added and removed instead of a plain
dot. The commit dialog totals the lines in the selected files. Both fall
back to the dot when a paired Mac's older lpm can't count lines.
