fix(status): track global Terminals and more hooks

Let the status verbs (`set-status`, `clear-status` and `status`) reach the global Terminals, and default them to the calling tab. Map more Claude and Codex hook events: prompts, approvals, elicitations, compaction, interrupts and sub-agent start/stop. Keep sub-agents and Codex memory threads from speaking for the tab, and read LPM_* from the tmux session. Move `wait --agent` into its own module and bump the CLI to 0.26.0.
