feat(jobs): show automations as a messenger list

Job and run rows now look like a messenger's chat list, with round
avatars, unread dots and a two-line preview of the latest message.
Action buttons replace the time when a row is hovered. The backend
sends each job's newest readable output as lastMessage. The New and
Earlier sections and the scope tag are removed.
