Added

• Releases now start from a push. A commit that lands on main carrying a new
  version in Cargo.toml is tagged automatically, and that tag builds the same
  installers on the same three runners as before. ./make tag still works and
  is unchanged; this only removes the need to run it. Pushes that do not change
  the version release nothing, so the deliberate act stays the version bump.
