Engine macOS 3.29.3_macos_v1

FlutterMacOS.xcframework (universal arm64 + x86_64) built from 3.29.3_macos_v1 (542abf1).

Patch: shell/platform/common/accessibility_bridge.cc — skip a child without parent in
AccessibilityBridge::CreateRemoveReparentedNodesUpdate instead of dereferencing null
(EXC_BAD_ACCESS at 0x50 on macOS with semantics on: E2E builds, VoiceOver).

Replace bin/cache/artifacts/engine/darwin-x64/FlutterMacOS.xcframework (macos-debug.zip) and
bin/cache/artifacts/engine/darwin-x64-release/FlutterMacOS.xcframework (macos-release.zip).

3.29.3_v3 External Texture Support

Flutter engine 3.29.3 với software-mode external texture support.

Patch áp dụng:

• shell/platform/embedder: thêm FlutterSoftwarePixelBuffer + EmbedderExternalTextureSoftware
• shell/platform/windows: software texture path trong FlutterWindowsTextureRegistrar

Required cho TradingView chart trên Windows với D3D11 hook active
