Fix the "Settings" hover submenu showing only its first two items after a search: re-ordering the results detached each row, and Gravity Forms' global observer destroyed the SimpleBar scroll instance inside the submenu, freezing its viewport height. Destroyed instances are now re-created on the next frame, restoring the full menu
