The model chooser, the dial popover, Quick Ask and the composer's model button no longer cut a name, a limit or a hint off, at any window width or text scale.

Changes:
• Provider and server chips in the model chooser wrap onto further lines instead of forcing the window to its widest, and a long server name, a hint, a count or a wall's words wraps instead of ending in an ellipsis.
• The popover's model column grows to hold "Used up · resets in 10h 59m" whole, and model names, level words and the machine a model runs on wrap rather than cut.
• The composer's model button no longer shrinks. When the strip is short the chat, ask, image and video buttons give way first, then the machine and project label moves to a line of its own, so a split pane keeps the model and its level whole.
• A long server name in Quick Ask no longer widens the window.
• The chooser's every-provider chip counts the machine's models once, so it agrees with its tab; a model that runs on the server's own hardware reads the same everywhere, and a model that takes no effort level says so once in the dial.
