The bridge collapsed every effort into low/medium/high before asking omp for a thinking level. Models with their own vocabulary — Qwen 3.8's ladder is low/medium/xhigh — were silently downgraded: an xhigh pick arrived as high, omp clamped it a rung, and the model ran medium. Direct sends, queued replays, spawn pins and adopted transcripts now carry the client's level untouched; omp owns the vocabulary.
