Fixed

  • Telemetry: send plan-utilization samples on every refresh, even when history storage does not change (flat usage previously skipped the pipeline after the July 5 main merge).
  • Ollama: clarify when Chrome Safe Storage Keychain access is blocking cookie import, instead of claiming no session exists after a signed-in Chrome login.
  • Ollama: adopt upstream cookie-access error surfacing so the macOS app reports Keychain/Full Disk Access issues instead of a generic missing-session message.
