Submail v0.1.0 — Initial public release

Submail is now publicly available as a self-hosted unified inbox for humans and AI agents.

• IMAP and POP3 mailbox sync with SMTP sending

• OpenAI-compatible summaries, reply suggestions, composition, and translation
