v1.0.2 - Codex Live Lifecycle Canary

Establishes a one-session, retained Codex proof for native AGENTS.md loading
and attributable UserPromptSubmit delivery.

Fixed

• Windows Codex live collector transport - use a scratch-local, quote-free
  .cmd trampoline so Codex's extra cmd.exe /C quote layer cannot corrupt
  collector arguments.
• Windows Codex lifecycle hooks - normalize the native Windows working
  directory before Git Bash evaluates lifecycle drift.

Added

• Codex live lifecycle canary - validate native onboarding and a parseable,
  attributable UserPromptSubmit collector record in the same disposable,
  low-reasoning Luna session, with no retry.
• Canary reference - document the acceptance contract, retained evidence,
  and Windows workaround.
