Installation is now one step. Drop the two files next to GTAIV.exe and launch. No script, no
manual XML editing, nothing to fetch from anywhere else.

The engine matches audio slots by name, so raising the probe bound achieved nothing until
waveslots.xml also declared them. That used to be a PowerShell script, which Nexus quarantines,
so the download pointed back here to finish installing. The plugin now does it itself at load,
before the audio system parses the file.

It appends only the entries that are missing, so another audio mod's slot edits survive, and copies
the original to waveslots.xml.bak once. WriteWaveslots = 0 in the ini turns it off.

Verified in-game against a file stripped back to twenty-five slots: thirty-nine added, and the result
is identical in content to the known-good sixty-four slot version, with all sixty-nine other slots
untouched and the XML still valid.

First release.

Lifts GTA IV's twenty-five engine audio slot ceiling to sixty-four and raises the physical
audio heap the slots are carved from. Complete Edition 1.2.0.59 only.

Drop the contents of GTAIV/ next to GTAIV.exe, then run add-engine-slots.ps1 so
waveslots.xml actually defines the extra slots. Skipping that step makes the plugin do
nothing useful. revd.log records every patch attempt and its outcome.

The heap raise is not optional above roughly thirty slots. See README.md for why that figure
is observed rather than derived.
