bise 2026.10.2-56

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 25 Oct 23:28

What's new:

  • The bims have their new clay look, and their outfits no longer clip through their arms.
  • Each object stands once in the bims office: a plugin whose object is taken gets a related one.
  • One click opens an artifact on the artifacts page, and a breadcrumb's parent takes you back to its place.
  • Settings › Computer use no longer flickers and its live test says what happened; the folded composer keeps its send button on the right.
  • sb land refuses a land that would put back older copies of another agent's work, and names that agent.

bise 2026.10.2-56 (commit 9453875), macOS 14+ and Linux (glibc 2.34+; NixOS: the flake): darwin-arm64 linux-x86_64 linux-arm64. Built by CI (ad-hoc signed).
Install: curl -fsSL https://bise.dev/install | sh (private repo: gh auth login first).
Update: bise update, or /restart latest in Switchboard.

@github-actions github-actions released this 25 Oct 17:18

What's new:

  • Forward a message to another agent without copying it: sb send --forward m_ (or sb spawn --forward); it shows as its own line with the original quoted, in the terminal and the app.
  • The bims' office grows with your plugins: a wing and a garden fall in and settle on every map, and the bims have a new clay look.
  • The app is calmer: the inbox and the composer fold to one line off the thread, every page sits in one column under its title, and the plugins page and Settings › Projects are cleaner.
  • The compaction summary unfolds whole, as markdown, and an agent's empty composer says esc takes you back to main.
  • /debug completion charts where a request's tokens go, by role and kind or by tool.

bise 2026.10.2-55 (commit 4b621e6), macOS 14+ and Linux (glibc 2.34+; NixOS: the flake): darwin-arm64 linux-x86_64 linux-arm64. Built by CI (ad-hoc signed).
Install: curl -fsSL https://bise.dev/install | sh (private repo: gh auth login first).
Update: bise update, or /restart latest in Switchboard.

@github-actions github-actions released this 25 Oct 11:25

What's new:

  • Plugins: one place for your plugins, MCP servers, skills and connectors (the sidebar's Plugins, /plugins in the terminal): add one with a preview first, turn any part on or off, remove it with its secrets.
  • 'Connect your tools' suggests connectors from what your projects use, and says why.
  • An MCP server starts when an agent first calls it and stops when idle, so many servers cost nothing until used.
  • Artifacts live in a library of folders: a gallery by day with thumbnails, search across folders, m or drag and drop to move; /artifacts in the terminal shows the same folders.
  • Your plugins show up as objects in the bims' office.

bise 2026.10.2-54 (commit ce60b17), macOS 14+ and Linux (glibc 2.34+; NixOS: the flake): darwin-arm64 linux-x86_64 linux-arm64. Built by CI (ad-hoc signed).

@github-actions github-actions released this 25 Oct 08:36

What's new:

  • A thread's head keeps the agent's name in view: its role shortens, or hides when there is no room.
  • While a thread's newest messages load, a small cue shows under your last message.
  • Scheduled rows in the window name the agent 'bise', like the rest of the app.
  • About bise, Finder and settings show the app's real version.

bise 2026.10.2-53 (commit 41dd766), macOS 14+ and Linux (glibc 2.34+; NixOS: the flake): darwin-arm64 linux-x86_64 linux-arm64. Built by CI (ad-hoc signed).
Install: curl -fsSL https://bise.dev/install | sh (private repo: gh auth login first).

What's new:

  • See what your agents left running: /running lists each project's dev servers, watchers and other background commands, grouped by agent, with what ended today.
  • Open a process to read its output live, stop it with s, or open the port it listens on with o.
  • In the desktop app: a new 'running' screen in the sidebar, a RUNNING section in the right bar, and a backgrounded command in a thread opens its output.
