Fixed

  • skip differential binding for single-replicate contrasts DESeq2 needs >=2 replicates per condition; contrasts that don't meet that are skipped with a warning. Shipped 1-replicate example now runs no DB; .test uses a 2-vs-2 design (also covers narrow+broad reproducibility); tube map regenerated. (920dbca)
