Complete the clause vocabulary and document the 4.1 additions
The clause reference had drifted well behind the shipped 4.0 extension:
fetch:, rename:, capturegroups:, disabled:, css:, finalfilename:,
:sha256full:, the (key: …) and (tab: …) menu metadata, and History's undo
and Move actions were all missing. Those are documented as current behavior.
The Save In 4.1 additions are documented with explicit version markers:
exclude: true and after: close-tab rule actions, the (after: …) menu
spellings, the gesture: matcher and its click vocabulary, linktitle:/
linkdownload: with their variables, :menupath: and :isoyear:, the History
retention setting, Debug this save, durable Move recovery, the private
activity opt-in, and the integration API's canonical URL echo, action
vocabulary, and outcome trace fields.

Document directory:, the Firefox shortcut limit, and the new save options
directory: matches the folder picked from the menu, where menuindex: matches by
position — inserting a folder renumbers every index, which is why the name
matcher exists.
Firefox refuses to save a filename ending .url or .desktop and fails the whole
download rather than renaming it, so those shortcut formats are not offered
there. It has done this since 112 (bug 1815062 / CVE-2023-29542) and Save In's
Windows/macOS/Freedesktop formats land exactly on that list, so it belongs in
the capability table beside the other cross-browser differences rather than in a
release note nobody rereads. The duplicate-filename prompt row is the same class
and was equally undocumented.
The save options are new or changed: quick-save-only removes the submenu (the
only way to reach a one-click save, since browsers collapse more than one item),
click to save can stop inheriting the last folder, and the MIME extension is off
by default because it renames a save you did not ask it to rename and costs a
request to the site. Edge whitespace is trimmed because browsers reject a path
component that begins or ends with it.
