Dilim 0.2.0

Dilim is a local, open-source Windows file converter with a radial menu.

• New Dilim name and four-slice icon; no personal website navigation or studio branding in the app.
• Photo/PDF/video/audio conversion, compression and editing tools.
• Editable presets, FileConverter XML import, preset folders and all-compatible-preset execution.
• Explorer shortcuts/context menu, batch queue, history and file actions.
• Self-contained per-user Windows installer and portable ZIP.

Validation: 431 Core, 128 app, 126 Setup and 95 selected engine tests passed; 37 engine-installer/runtime tests passed again after fixing MSI staging. Actual installed image, two-page PDF and video conversions passed. GitHub Windows CI passed. Physical CD/DVD hardware extraction is unverified.

Choose FFmpeg/7-Zip on first run for media/archive tools. Optional engines are downloaded from checksum-pinned original archives and are not bundled in these public artifacts. See included notices for dependency licenses. Application source is MIT, based on Filee with original attribution preserved. Windows binaries are currently unsigned.
