DocTruyen5s: follow the site to manga.pro.vn

The source stopped working because the site changed both its domain and
its cdn. Verified in a real browser: manga.io.vn serves image urls on
ntcdnqq.wibu.asia, which no longer resolves, so every page came back
broken. The proxy fallback that used to sit here could not help either -
lightuce returns a Cloudflare error page, the google/wp/statically
proxies return 4xx, so firstOrNull{} always yielded null and the whole
chapter was dropped.

The same site is now served from manga.pro.vn with images on
doctruyen5s.luce.moe, which load fine, so:

- domain: manga.io.vn -> manga.pro.vn
- listing: /all-manga/N -> /danh-sach-truyen/N, popularity moved off
  /ranking/week/N to /xem-nhieu/N (all time) plus ?sort=views_day|week|month
- search and /manga/<slug> are unchanged
- dropped the cdn fallback: the chapter ajax response already points at the
  live cdn, so the inherited getPages works as is

Page 1 renders entries as a thumbnail grid and repeats them as rows below,
later pages only use the rows; both shapes are parsed and de-duplicated.

/filter is gone, so genres are now read from the header menu and applied
through /the-loai/<slug>/N. The status param is still accepted but ignored
by the site, so states are no longer offered.
