• Human-readable filenames in autoreload status — The cleanup tracking section previously displayed string escape --style=var encoded keys (e.g., aliases_2E_fish). Now displays decoded basenames (e.g., aliases.fish).

Tests

• 86 test assertions across 37 sections (up from 80/36 in v1.2.1)
• Fix stale Test 6 header: "shows error" → "shows warning"
• Add assertion that autoreload nonexistent returns exit code 1
• Add test for multiple simultaneous file deletions with cleanup enabled
