• Makes plain-text-to-Markdown conversion report section progress, use a size-aware time allowance, and request bounded Apple Intelligence conversion plans for reliable completion.

Fixes

• Removes the persistent dark preview-divider artifact and aligns translucent line-number surfaces with the editor pane.
• Keeps large HTML documents responsive by avoiding expensive full-document syntax/layout work, current-line overlays, and line-number rendering when Responsive mode is active.
• Keeps Markdown conversion feedback below the tab bar, with cancellation and clear timeout or incomplete-response errors.
