Hotfix: Applied Windows-specific transparent window hacks (ready-to-show explicit show(), #00000000 background, disableHardwareAcceleration) to fix invisible sprite.

UX Fixes: Fixed the invisible tray icon preventing users from opening the dashboard. The dashboard now opens by default on launch. Fixed a bug where the sprite would teleport off-screen on multi-monitor setups.
