debate_then_build and review_escalation now verify and record a verdict so 'h5i team apply <team>' works as-is; judge_panel_score prints its intended '--force' apply command (advisory verdict by design). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
'windows' (default) keeps one surface per agent; 'split'/'split-v'
collects all agents as stacked panes of one shared h5i-view-<run> tmux
session ('split-h' for side-by-side). Each pane nests an attach on the
agent's session, the opener surfaces the viewer once, panes dedupe
across resumes, and tmux failures degrade to attach hints.
