Track your Planzer parcels in Home Assistant 🇨🇭🇱🇮 — the Swiss logistics operator behind IKEA Switzerland home deliveries. No account needed, just the shipment number, the same way you would on the Planzer tracking site.

New features

• Track any number of Planzer parcels by shipment number — account-less, using Planzer's public tracking API
• Paste an IKEA Switzerland order number (98765.0012345678) and the shipment number is derived for you — the full order number is not a valid tracking number, so the integration does that conversion itself
• Per-parcel sensor with the canonical status (registered / in_transit / out_for_delivery / delivered / …), the carrier's own status text, the expected delivery day, the parcel's weight and dimensions, and a tracking deep-link
• Summary sensors: incoming parcels, next delivery, recently delivered parcels
• Read-only Deliveries calendar with the expected delivery days
• Events and no-code device triggers — parcel registered, status changed, delivered, delivery time changed
• planzer.track_parcel / planzer.untrack_parcel services (add a parcel straight from a dashboard button), a manual refresh button, a configurable refresh interval, opt-in per-parcel status history, and a diagnostic last-update sensor
• Part of the ha-parcel-integrations family: the same canonical parcel format, statuses and events as the other carriers, so it plugs straight into the Parcel Aggregator and cross-carrier automations

Notes

Planzer Paket delivers across the whole of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Cross-border shipments are not part of that service — they run through Planzer Transport AG on a different, account-only system, which this integration cannot read.

Planzer runs no parcel-shop network, so the at_pickup_point status never occurs. Delivery dates come as a whole day rather than an hour window — Planzer has a time-window field, but it has never been seen filled in.

This is an early 0.9.0 release. The endpoint, the payload, the units and the tracking-number format are all verified against a real shipment, but only one shipment has ever been observed, so Planzer's full status vocabulary is not yet known. If your log shows an "Unrecognised Planzer status" warning — or any of the other "we have never seen this" warnings — please open an issue with the line so the mapping can be extended.
