馃攧 Session Handoffs - Resume Claude Code from Your Phone

This release adds the ability to resume existing Claude Code sessions from your phone, enabling seamless handoffs between your desktop and mobile device.

Features

  • List Sessions: View all available Claude Code sessions for the current project
  • Resume Sessions: Pick up where you left off with the --resume flag
  • Session Preview: See the first message/prompt from each session
  • Active Detection: Identify which sessions are currently active

How It Works

  1. Start a conversation in Claude Code on your desktop
  2. Open DarkCode app on your phone
  3. Tap the session switcher (next to "Edit automatically")
  4. Select a session to resume
  5. Continue the conversation from your phone!
