Version 1.2.2 mainly enhances the secret algorithm tools of vm native.
There are 5 new native functions: merkle_root, merkle_multi_root, secp256k1_recover, p256_verify, and bitmap_find.
Just replace the full nodes of version 1.2.1, and there is no need to make any changes in other aspects.
