Replacement build with the Windows restart and render-resolution fixes from PR #20.

• Apply and restart no longer waits 30 seconds on Windows. Change game folder uses the same corrected restart path.
• Chained restarts keep the selected resolution: 1080p to 720p to 900p stays at 900p.
• Removed 1440p after graphical corruption was observed. Existing 1440p settings fall back to native 1080p.
• Patched the hard-coded 4K pass rectangle alongside the other render dimensions.
• Fixed automatic publication of tagged releases.

Includes first-start setup, PC options, controller and keyboard remapping, cached image preparation, and release updates with SHA-256 verification. Requires your own compatible Unicorn Overlord CUSA36381 v01.04 game dump; no game files are included.

Testing: Windows restart and chained-resolution changes were tested on RX 9070 XT. Linux and Windows CI checks passed for PR #20. A full playthrough and the Windows automatic update swap are not verified. One early AMD driver crash after a fast restart was observed during testing and did not recur in later tests.

This replaces the earlier v1.0.0 packages at the owner's request. If you already installed the earlier v1.0.0, download this replacement manually; the updater compares version numbers.
