macOS 1.13.1: missing close button can trap user in modal/screen

Summary

In Hack macOS app version 1.13.1, a blocking screen/modal can appear with no visible close/dismiss control, leaving the user stuck.

Expected

A blocking screen/modal should always expose a clear dismissal path (close button, back action, Esc, etc.).

Actual

No visible close affordance; user cannot proceed without forcing an escape (e.g., app restart).

Scope update from Dimitri: remove terminal modal usage. Any flow currently opening a terminal in a modal should use the built-in terminal drawer instead. We should not have terminal modals anymore.
