Decodex-Autonomy: upstream-dependency-repair
Decodex-Parent-PR: #1270
Decodex-Repair-Scope: repository-gate

Summary

Repair the current-main repository gate required by the upstream compatibility handoff.

Scope

This PR contains only pinned-nightly Rust formatting and two mechanical clippy negation fixes in:

  • crates/decodex-postgres/tests/postgres_store/reset_cards.rs
  • crates/decodex-runtime/src/account_launch/process.rs
  • crates/decodex-runtime/src/account_observation.rs
  • crates/decodex-runtime/src/process_supervisor.rs

The merged dependency repair c8b62bc already covers crates/decodex-protocol/src/client.rs and is an ancestor of current main.

Validation

  • Signed commits: d3fa96a and 48ac42e
  • git verify-commit: passed for both commits
  • rustup run nightly-2026-07-16 cargo fmt --all -- --check: passed
  • cargo make check-automations: passed; 800 tests passed, 47 skipped

Handoff

Next owner: Reviewer. Land this dependency repair first, read back the signed merge, then rerun the complete repository gate and review PR #1270 at its exact base and head.
