Summary

• refreshed the deterministic openai/codex upstream review queue
• added source-backed reviews, impact records, and bundles for PRs 27007, 27035, 27068, 27098, and 27166
• added social_candidate/v1 handoffs for PRs 27007, 27035, 27068, and 27098; no social_post/v1 records were written

Validation

• cargo run -q -p decodex --bin decodex -- radar validate
• cargo run -q -p decodex --bin decodex -- radar bundle validate <five new bundles>
• cargo make check-site-content
• cargo make fmt
• cargo make lint-fix (0 fixes)
• cargo make test (971 passed, 1 skipped)

Notes

• Diff is limited to artifacts/github/review-queue/, artifacts/github/bundles/, artifacts/github/reviews/, artifacts/github/impact/, and artifacts/github/social-candidates/.
• Publisher automation should consume social_candidate/v1 artifacts later; this PR does not publish to X.
